Ok I have only joined a week back so here goes - I'm in!
I find losing weight so hard cause i get emotional if I don't or get upset then I comfort eat enough to feed a hippo for a month! But I am hoping this will help so here goes - al do this challenge too to try to make it work! Good luck people x

I feel like the 236.6 on Sept 1 was a fluke and now my only hope is to break even at the end of the month. Granted, I haven't had the best weekends between Labor Day and 2 weekends of birthday celebrations (mine and hubby's).4 -
