    I feel like the 236.6 on Sept 1 was a fluke and now my only hope is to break even at the end of the month. Granted, I haven't had the best weekends between Labor Day and 2 weekends of birthday celebrations (mine and hubby's). :/

    First time joining one of these, but I need more accountability.

    09/22: 177.4 lbs No change. I'm not as upset as I'd normally be because I know I'm doing my best and that is all I can ask of myself.

    So I'm confused because I have a really hard time believing that I am at 145. One of the problems is that I have been using two different scales and the one with the lighter weight is apparently the one that is accurate - but I just don't feel it. I might ask if I can use the scale at the doc next week. But I just wanted to check in either way :)


    I always use the same scale. That way I know how much i lost. Not as concerned about the actual number. However, if this is the more accurate scale you should believe it.
