@Will_Run_for_Food sticking to the one scale is always best I've learnt from personal experience and from other people's experience
In the exact same place, the exact same time and wearing (or not wearing) the exact same thing - you get a more accurate reading
I for example, weigh in every Friday at 7am, it's the first thing I do when I wake up wearing my birthday suit (and it's not a pretty sight8 -

What I do is fill it out on the "notes" on my phone then on my weigh in days just fill in that day, then copy and paste it onto the challenge
