My weigh in for the week came in at 148.1 on Thursday, but I've since bounced back up a bit to 149.8 after my weekend trip. I'm such a roller coaster, but as long as I don't go above 150 I'm happy.

Week 18! I keep killing myself with wild weekends, this one my friend was visiting and I ate almost all of my meals out, and drank. So the scale was pissed off this morning, haha. I only managed to get as low as 148.6 this past week before it went back up again from the weekend. This weekend I'm gonna be at a lakehouse with my kickball team, then things get a little less hectic. That should help, I hope!

Week 19, the second to last of the challenge! Looks like we still have a small number hanging in here with us. I'm hoping to do a Part 4 of this challenge with revamping how we keep track of weights (I'm gonna make a chart I think) so perhaps that'll make it easier to keep track of everyone.
Anyways, I'm working on getting my butt back in gear. I didn't go nuts this weekend and I need to spend this week eating better food and getting down into the 140s again. I came in at 150.5 this morning, not terrible and actually lower than last week! I got down to 147 in June only to completely erase it in July. So being that it's August 1st, I'm starting over! My goal is to lose this month and keep it off!

Hey everyone! So I am logging that I lost 4.5 pounds in the past week, but I'm sure some of that was TOM weight, since I just finished, lol. Also, I got a new scale, and it's much nicer than the one at the gym, lol. It tells me my BMI, body fat %, body fat weight, and water weight. Super cool.
Moving on to the next thing: It's my birthday!!!!!!!!! I have been doing some shopping, and found one how much my hard work has been paying off: I went from a size 16 to a size 8. EIGHT! I took my old size and CHOPPED IT RIGHT IN HALF!
Things are going good over here, and I hope everyone else is doing well, also!

Well, I only lost .1 lbs, but it's a loss just the same...must be all of the exercise. My birthday is tomorrow and I hope to go shopping and find smaller sizes too!!!!

Hey everyone! So I am logging that I lost 4.5 pounds in the past week, but I'm sure some of that was TOM weight, since I just finished, lol. Also, I got a new scale, and it's much nicer than the one at the gym, lol. It tells me my BMI, body fat %, body fat weight, and water weight. Super cool.
Moving on to the next thing: It's my birthday!!!!!!!!! I have been doing some shopping, and found one how much my hard work has been paying off: I went from a size 16 to a size 8. EIGHT! I took my old size and CHOPPED IT RIGHT IN HALF!
Things are going good over here, and I hope everyone else is doing well, also!
This is fabulous! I can't wait until I can cut my size in half!!! I've got my eye on an orange jacket in my BFF's closet which is a 10....I'm claiming it as mine!!! LOL0 -
I can't believe this is the end of the 20 in 20 Challenge!! It has definitely kept me motivated to keep losing.

WOW! We've reached the end of our 20 in 20 challenge! Great job to those of you who stuck it out, or popped in to update us every once in a while. Everyone has done really well! I'm starting to get myself back in gear since July was so hectic. This week I almost got all the way back down to my lowest weigh in, but this weekend threw me off a bit and I'm up a bit today.
I'm gonna post next Monday for a new 20 in 20 challenge and bring in some new members! I'll post a link on this board so you can find it easily. I'm going to cap the challenge at probably 20 people or something, but if you don't post your name by time I hit 20, I'll "grandfather" any previous participants in. I'm going to make a chart instead of using the copy and paste method so it'll be easier to follow and I don't want to have 50 people to keep track of.
Anyway, here's my final weigh in! Not too shabby... but this plateau is only going to go away if I can stop slacking on the weekends.
