    I like that for the last couple years I have finally decided to fight and start beating my anxiety and depression. Every day can be a battle, but I always try. I've become a much better and happier person.

    I pretty much hate myself but I'm proud that I have never betrayed anyone in my family or my friends. I keep my promises and sometimes I think I'm too nice, a little naive. Wow, I managed to turn that positive into something negative.

    we so rarely extend the same kindness to ourselves that we do to others. my best friend could murder someone and I'd be like some murf(((((r clearly deserved to die. but if I forget to send an email response to someone, I'm beating myself up about it for an hour?
