My main form of exercising is swimming, and I can't eat for a good two hours before I swim or I'll be terribly nauseated and burpy. I always want something immediately afterwards, though!

I eat something about a little over an hour before my lifting session. Usually around 10:15am and then lift from 11:45-12:45. If I don't I get light headed and sick to my stomach. Usually it's 2 greek yogurts and a tablespoon of peanut butter.

I just started working out, so my habits may change as my intensity and duration of workouts change, but if I ride my stationary bike in the morning I have to eat first. Otherwise my blood sugar might get too low. I just eat my normal breakfast (egg sandwich or oatmeal and eggs), so I'm hardly stuffed. I don't eat anything after.

If I walk at night with my husband I do it before dinner. It's just more convenient.

If I overstuff myself, I try not to, but it still happens, a slow walk of about a mile helps settle my stomach and relieve cramping and bloated feelings. Nothing intense though.

I haven't tried working out without food but I have found if I have an big work out burning lots of calories I tend to feel faint afterwards until I eat again ...does anyone think age is a factor.o watches something this morning that states after 35 for a female u should exercise on empty belly so u burn insulin

You don't burn insulin. No-one burns insulin, it's not a fuel.
Nothing magical happens on your 35th birthday.
No I don't think age is a factor.
Exercising fasted or fed has no impact on your weight loss / fat loss - that comes down to your calorie deficit over a period of time. (OK - maybe a slight impact if fasted or fed helps or hinders your exercise and therefore in a minor way your calorie burn....)

Keep it simple I would suggest. Eat and train in a way that suits your personal preferences.

I usually eat an apple ora banana before my 5am workout. Just so I'm not working out on an empty stomach. But sometimes I don't eat at all and just eat when i get back
