What does a day of Keto meals look like for you?

    Breakfast--
    2 egg whites (full eggs are fine, I just hate yolks)
    4oz cubed steak
    Cup of Oolong Tea
    1/4 cup Unsweet Coconut Milk

    Lunch--
    Hamburger patty (73% lean.. fullll fat baby)
    1oz cheddar cheese
    1 cup Yellow Squash
    1T butter

    Dinner--

    Shrimp Scampi-ish (Shrimp sauteed in butter and garlic with a touch of parmesan)
    1 cup Yellow Squash (it really is a go-to for me.. low in carbs)

    Snack--
    Handful of Macadamia Nuts
    1oz of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
    Cup of White Tea
    1/4 cup Unsweet Coconut Milk

    This is actually a heavy day for me.. I'm finding myself less and less hungry as time goes by.
