08/10 189.4 I had a cheat day the day (State Fair!) before this weigh-in. My lowest before that was 188
08/17 - 187.4
08/24 - 186.4 - lowest for this week was 184.6!
08/31 - 185.6 - I'm probably retaining some water because I haven't drank nearly as much water as I should. This week I'll get back on track!
09/07 - 184 - next week I hope to be under 183!
09/14 - 183.4 - Close but hopefully next week will be a little better. Either way, it's a loss so I'll take it!

ok i cant remember how much i was when i started but im pretty sure it was 228. im currently 220 so im going veeeeery slow. 8lbs down 47 more to go...oh dear that sounds aweful lol. im going for 29lbs total which will put me back in the hundreds2

Woo hoo! Finally in the 170s!
Actually, and more importantly, our drought seems to have ended this week. Bonus is I put my raincoat on, zipped it up and.... it zipped, easily! So 2 victories this week.

10/26 - 181.2 I didn't record here for the last couple weeks because I was on vacation the first part of the month and that threw me off track for a few weeks! My highest was 187 just a couple days ago. Water weight is coming off like crazy now that I'm eating healthier and drinking more water.
