After about a year, I've been working out consistently for 2 months and just downloaded this app today (9-29-17). I've lost 10 pounds in 2 months through weight lifting and (some) dieting. Hopefully this app will keep me accountable.

Wow! Just through tracking your diet?0

This app has helped me a lot. Just hit my goal weight after 90 days of consistent logging. Good luck.1

Thanks. The biggest problem tends to be social outings where bad food and drinks are inevitable.0

For social stuff, just try to plan lower calorie options before you go. Look at a menu for lower calorie entrees (it's not always salads!), have an appetizer instead of a meal, split an entree with a friend, go for lower calorie drinks if you drink alcohol.
To help you track food, I strongly recommend you get a digital scale that weighs in grams. It will be much more accurate than eyeballing/estimating/measuring by cups or pieces.1
