After evening workouts...

Hey everyone! After an evening/ night workout I usually have a Greek yogurt and a few almonds. Is that a bad idea?? And what are you suggestions on a healthy snack after a evening / night workout?

It's only a bad idea if it puts you over your calorie goal. It doesn't matter when you eat your calories as long as you stay within them.2

what you have room for in your goal.
In the evening I typically eat a chocolate bar...or some chips or some ice cream...
healthy is a relative term and eating after a workout isn't necessary.1
