Squatober! October Squat Challenge

Hello all! Starting October first, we'll be doing a 31 day squat challenge. The goal is to add 50 squats to each workout that you do in the month of October, and you have to do a minimum of 4 workouts per week.
We can use this thread to keep everyone updated on our progress and to keep each other encouraged!
Please feel free to send me a message and/or add me as a friend if you have any questions or need more information.

    50 squats while brushing my teeth this evening. Usually I jog but this is much better!

    I added 50 squats to today's workout. First 50 of many...feels good! :)

    Late joiner but I’m in! Only missed Sunday as I actually usually do squats between patients at work on a Monday so easily did 50! Will continue from today after my run to add them!

    150 squats today. 50 each time I brushed my teeth. Legs sore though!

    Getting ready for ski season!! This squat challenge is just what I need! Count me in!
    Should I complete them before or after my run? I’m new at running, so doing intervals 0:45 run with 1:45 walk 10 times with a 5 minute warmup and cool down 4 times a week.

    Today is a rest day for my legs, too! I'm already noticing a bit of a change in my thighs, though. I hope you guys are enjoying this challenge as much as I am!

    50+ squats 6 of the last 7 days. I'm doing these while brushing my teeth rather than connected to my workout. I am working out too though. Does that meet the challenge? Or am I cheating?

    @796fra: squats are squats...you're definitely not cheating!! I think it's awesome that you add squats to such a routine part of each day!

    You guys are all doing awesome! Is anyone struggling with it? Is anyone noticing any differences yet?
