Just curious to see what sort of vitamins others take on a daily basis.
I am currently taking a women's one a day multi-vitamin and a B Complex. I am thinking of adding in some extra Vitamin D.

I'm interested in seeing what everyone takes also. I heard that Mega red is really good for you. It's kind of expensive but I think I might give it a try.

I just take one a day women's formula, and one capsule of omega 3. Vitamins are tricky because we need them for all the food we're not eating but too much just gets peed out!0

Currently I dont take any, but If I was to take any, it would probably be cod liver oil or other fish oils, but nothing else!
If you eat a pretty balanced diet, is there really any need to take all those extra vitamins??0
