I'm the exact same weight as last week. But I'm alright with that for now because I had a really bad migraine for about two and half days that literally knocked me out.
I didn't get a chance to do 1 out of my 5 small workouts because I was in hospital with my son. He had a small accident but alls well thankfully.
Hope you and your son are ok now! *hugs*

We got away for a few days and did some hiking. One day was 8 miles flat along the water and another day was 200 floors up to a mountain ridge, where we could see the water we walked along the day before. I actually did a lot better than I thought I might, but my calves are still sore! Gotta have some fun, that's what this is all about.8 -

Struggles/successes of the week: the week started out well. Daily weigh-ins were: 126, 125, 124, 125.5. 124 is my lowest-ever weigh-in. Thursday I was 129.5. Wednesday I binged at night. Not too badly. I counted my calories through the binge, but again, it was for the wrong reasons: I was super-sad. My sweetheart and I are having some difficulties. I know eating won’t help. It will make things worse if I gain weight.
Successes for the week included getting back on the stick on Thursday, exercising every day, and binging “better” if that makes sense. I ate healthy things for the binge and stopped when my tummy hurt too much, instead of just eating. When I didn’t like something I was eating, I stopped, instead of eating it just because it was there.
I write this on Thursday night and I am super anxious about tomorrow. So we will see...
It’s Friday morning and the weigh-in was 125.5. So that is a a success!8 -

Successes of the week: I got in all my exercise as planned this week - I was also really pleased - I managed my fastest 5k pace since May, and I am back up to deadlifting more than my own bodyweight again this week.
Struggles of the week: Still struggling to eat less. Why is it that I can maintain within ounces of a weight, but find it really hard to get back into losing again? I think I'm maybe too used to eating at the level I'm eating at currently - I've been really hungry (and OK, I admit it, also hangry this week), but my weight is still trending upwards! I feel really quite demoralised at the moment

Wow - I'm sorry - that's a BIG picture!2

Name: Jen
Age: 46
Height: 5'2.5"
Total Weight lost:145lbs
Time it took to lose: 2.75yrs
How long in maintenance : Declared it 4/14/17.
Maintenance weight range: Would like to stay under 122 at morning weigh-in.
Ongoing struggle: I still need to learn to trust my body cues, be content with eating just enough, and stop asking food to be more than just fuel. Life after work is just filled with getting steps and eating food to fill my evening. Really need to make peace with having fewer cals to work with. Contentment and an attitude of gratitude (and maybe a hobby, like sign language) are the order of the day.

Struggles: had to reign it in this week after a trip east. Was good on planning and calories but due to another small medical procedure, I couldn't run for 48 hours. My training schedule was messed up.
Successes: I ran 10 miles Monday, the most I've ever done. It wasn't pretty, but I did it.
Upcoming week plan: I will follow the training schedule as best as I can. I have to focus on fueling for the runs as the mileage gets longer. I have to fly east next week for a funeral but I think I can keep at least the running on point. I have to re-prioritize my gym time to make the most out of it.5 -
@microwhisper I am so sorry to hear this. Virtual hugs. We did 4 rounds of IUI for my 2nd and were considering IVF when I magically conceived on my own. I know how painful and all consuming this process is. Big hugs to you guys during this time. For my third, we did do IVF with a surrogate as I was unable to carry any more. You will find a way, I am certain of this.4

Successes/struggles- so I was supposed to post yesterday as Friday is my weigh in day, but I didn’t get around to it. So my weight is actually from yesterday, I’m just posting it today. I’m still having some trouble controlling my impulses recently. It’s becoming really hard to eat as well as I had. It honestly wasn’t that hard to be disciplined when I was in weight loss, like for months and months, and even when I first went into maintenance. It was only when I decided to loosen up that it’s been harder to control my impulses. But I’m happy to still be in my range. Workouts are still going well, no changes there6 -
Good Morning. Glad to be here a second month with you all. I'm Joan. I have only be in Maintenance for 2 months. I lost 30# over approx 10 months. I started this journey month after having cervical disc surgery. I have extensive degenerative arthritis so I have restricted exercise activities, Ie... No running or jarring to the spine and some restrictions with lifting weights. I love to workout. It energizes me and makes me feel so good. I'm 5'4". 58 years young! My goal weight range is 125-128. Although I have aspirations of 120#, not sure if I could maintain that. Present weight today-126.2#! Yay! I did some struggling last month with trying to figure out this maintenance thing for myself. Others posts on this thread, have helped me a lot. This past week, I really have felt a lot less anxious and fearful of regaining. Looking forward to a great October! Don't ya just love Fall?7

Thanks @bringbackthejoy ! Your story helps and is a great comfort. You've had three- ATM I can barely imagine I will ever have one! Lol. I'm taking a break from IVF because I found the hormones terrible. I'm focusing on fertility diet, acupuncture, meditation. We'll see how that goes. xx1

Hey! Try quoting yourself (like I did above) and then just delete about the bits you need! Quite simple that way. x

Succcess/struggles of the week:
I still haven't gotten back to a proper workout routine but I'm getting there. Oddly enough I had a weirdly low weigh-in today. Actually below my range. It might be because I'm changing my overall diet at the moment. Don't know. I don't really want to lose anymore weight so I treated myself to a large piece of chocolate cake! haha.
