So ive literally just downloaded this app tonight needed a change from the good old weightwatchers (felt like id got stuck in a rutt)
Hope it works..
My problem...I dont set realistic goals....I just see that end number.....what I SHOULD be :(

Id love to chat to people motive each other some one to help me set those realistic targets :)

    Lost a bunch, gained it back, and I'm ready to get to goal and definitely ready to take on maintenance this time.

    Add me if you like, I've been losing weight with hiit training and protein. Didn't gain back the weight I've lost, really happy with it.

    Add me if you like, I've been losing weight with hiit training and protein. Didn't gain back the weight I've lost, really happy with it.

    You've been losing weight with a calorie deficit - neither HIIT, or "protein" are great answers to successful weight loss.
