Equal parts Kashi Go Lean Crunch and plain nonfat Greek yogurt (usually 1/2 cup of each). It's a big morning protein bomb. Full of fiber too!

I also love eggs, so eggs and whole grain toast is always an old standby of mine.

My usual breakfast is 3/4 Special K Protein Plus cereal with 1/4 of soy milk. But the last few days I've been having half of a Joseph's lavash low carb wrap (which is one serving) and I spread 1/2 a tablespoon of nutella on it and put slices of 2 strawberries and half of a banana in it and roll it up. I warm up the lavash before hand. It's sooooo good!

Weetabix with half sugar and 1% milk. Boring, but works for me. Weekends I go crazy and have two slices of wholemeal toast with marmite - there's just no stopping me!!

I saute onions and green bell peppers (also red, yellow and orange if I have them) in a little olive oil, pour in some Egg Beaters, season with pepper and a little salt and some other spices I like and add a slice of smoked provolone veggie cheese. You can even make a breakfast sandwich by putting it inside a whole grain tortilla or a multi-grain sandwich thin. A lot of protein and a great way to start the day and keep you full for hours. Only 153 calories or 253 with a sandwich thin. Yum!
  • I have clients starting at 5 am every morning, so I have to have something Nutritionally sound, that wont weigh me down and fuels my day after my 335 am workouts. So I have Shakeology: if its Greenberry: I scoop of GB shakeology, 1 scoop of The Fiber, blueberries (or strawberries), Ice and water. If it Chocolate: 1 scoop of CH Shakeology, 1 scoop of The Fiber, 2 Tbs of PB2, 1/2 banana (sometimes) ice, and water (on occassion, I have with Almond milk instead of water)

Oatmeal (not the instant crap) with frozen fruit mixed in & a little bit of dark brown sugar. Or, an omlette made with: 1 egg, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella, a slice or two of natural sliced turkey deli meat.

My old stand-by is steel cut oatmeal with some kind of nuts and dried fruit, sprinkled with cinnamon with a dash of vanilla extract. Don't forget just a teaspoon of sugar!

    Other favorites include:
    - Breakfast burritos
    - Egg Beaters and veggie sausage
    - Almond buttered sweet potatoes (you have to try that one to believe how good it is)

PROTEIN TACOS! I make them every morning :) I put two corn tortilla with a *little* bit of shredded cheese in the oven and then i sautee some bell peppers and raw spinach, add 3 egg whites and one yolk. salt pepper and a little sriracha make them perfect once the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted! side of fresh fruit and i'm happy
  • On weekdays: an egg omelet (2 eggs whisked with a bit of water, salt & pepper), cooked in the microwave (no butter, no oil) with multigrain toast and a bit of butter.

On weekends: soft boiled eggs with multigrain toast and butter.

Occasionally: raisin toast with peanut butter or multigrain toast with peanut butter and banana slices (or sugar free jam).
  • Well. My favourite breakfast isnt listed on here.....its not food....:blushing:
