i might be a bit late to start, even though i enlisted myself quite early, but at least i started.
Did 3,5 min (60sec. full, 30sec. elbow, 60sec. sideways (30 per side), and another 30 sec. elbow and full each)
I guess i'll try to keep that cycle up or even enlarge it if possible.

I finished my last 5 days of SHRED and got a respectable number of minutes. Now I need a plan for the rest of the month and which exercises I'm going to do for the challenge.
But for now I have a good start and almost half the time done, which is very helpful.
