Cant put down the cookies

Hey, I've been using my fitness pal for 2 months now and have been doing at least 5 hrs of weight lifting plus 5 hours if cardio each week. The results have been noticeable! I just want to connect with other people who are seeing progress and maybe even starting to hit a lull in their fitnesss journey. I had cut out sweets for a month and a half but recently I cant seem to put down the cookies at my work. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Perhaps get an appetite suppressant ?

    You can have cookies, just don't binge on them. Moderation is key. Suppresants are not the business.

    Cookies are fine. Overeating cookies is not. Balance.

    Put a few cookies (what ever you consider your serving) in a ziplock bag and only take those to work. Don't bring the whole package. I make my own granola and put 1/2 cup in mini ziplock bags and keep those in the cookie jar. I know exactly how many calories in each bag.

    Everyone reaches plateaus. Don't get discouraged.
