    Definitely be honest in your food diary! If you use MFPs just make it private. You are only damaging your progress by not logging accurately. Track every bite you can.

    @quiltingjaine I’m getting there, though slower than I’d like. Colds really hang on to me which is especially annoying right now because I’m making an effort to be healthy. Thank you!
