Extremely tired after yogurt?

Anyone else have this happen?
I've noticed that if I eat yogurt (today was Chobani Greek Strawberry Yogurt), within 15 minutes I get extremely tired. Like I took a 2 hour nap and now I feel drained as though I'd been through a wringer of a workout.
Nothing else has been a new addition to my food routine except the yogurt, and it's an interesting, but not wanted effect.
Thoughts?
