10/10- 194.4 this happened to me last round and I changed my goal, but it didn't stick. I'm going to ride it out for a couple days this time just to see. Exercise- didn't fit it in today. I'll try to add extra throughout the next 9 days to have an average of 15 minutes a day throughout the 10 days.

10/14-194.4 -194 has decided to stick around for a while and for good reason! I have been slacking. Pizza and cake one night and buffet food last night. Defiantly made poor choices. Infact... last night I didn't even finish my log. On to making today great!
10/15- 193.8 ate under calories even those it wasn't very healthy choices, lots of festival fun. Hit over 10,000 steps too! I have really been awful at my exercise goal. I need to do better.
10/16- 193- I am really happy with the progress made so far this round. I hope it continues to go this direction!
10/17- 192.4 - I don't know how this is possible, but I'll take It! Under Calories, no exercise other than doing more than I normally do around the house. I go the the Dr. Tomorrow for an official 1 month weigh in.
10/18- 192.2 - I'm pretty happy with progress so far this round. Had pizza for dinner and a late night snack. 200 Calories over yesterday and my stomach was upset this morning.

I have no idea how I managed a 4.6lb loss this round. I ate under my calories most days, but a couple days I did go over. This makes my total loss so far 15lbs!!

this makes me feel like I've made no progress, as the previous round I had several days at 175. But It's probably still just water weight from vacation. I also am having a tough time getting back in the game mentally. I want to eat salty and sugary things, not fruits and vegetables! Ok.. enough whining. Plan for today is to stick with the plan. Measure my portions and drink all my water.
10/11 176.2 scale is moving in the correct direction. Another 1.2 and I'll be back to my low weight of last round. I really didn't think it would take this long! But oh well keep moving on! I did have a (large) glass of wine last night. Still within my calories so no problems there. Hit the gym this AM and ran a mile, then my weight program (Strong Curves) and had an amazing bowl of oatmeal with peaches, flax, chia, and protein powder. .so yummy!
10/12 175.6 I'm still not down to last week's low, but at least the scale is in the right direction
10/13 175.6 have a gala to go to tonight. eat beforehand, don't eat at the catered event? eat 2 smaller meals today and hope for the best tonight? those things are so impossible to track and I want the scale to be DOWN tomorrow, not up
10/14 177.2 welp, that's 1.5 lbs of water from eating salty snacks last night. I'm estimating that I ate a bit over maintenance yesterday mostly due to alcohol and tortilla chips! but.. resuming my regularly scheduled programming today (with a bit of a hangover). Next a road trip for the next couple of days.. gotta hang tight and bring my travel scale with me to make sure I don't go over!

10/17 179.6 wah.. well I stayed within my calories on one day and went only slightly over on the other. but I ate pizza, and had some drinks. Hopefully this will drop off quickly, but I don't think I'm going to see my goal this round. Fortunately I have no trips planned for quite a bit, so can tighten up my eating and get the scale moving the correct direction.

Hello everyone! This is the perfect round for me as it ends on a very important goal day for me!!!! Round 5 was a bust (travelling, TOM, unreliable scale etc.) so I'm not putting in the specs here.

10/10 - 260.0 - Yesterday I decided to give myself a cheat day. What a terrible, terrible idea. Not only did I gain (a lot! of) weight, but I was miserable. Bloating, indigestion, heartburn, listlessness. It's truly amazing how much my body has adjusted to my slowly eating better the past month or so. And to think that I used to feel like that EVERY DAY. The way I felt last night and this morning is enough to convince me not to eat like that again.
10/11 - 255.8 - I was not expecting to even get back to where I was, nonetheless to weigh less than that! I really focused on eating better yesterday. I was under my calories and I still exercised the same amount. I feel great today about my weight but also my body feels good! I'm not super bloated or have indigestion. It's amazing just how much eating junk DOES affect your body and how you don't even realize it when that's what you're used to. I'm so glad I'm on this journey - I am seeing now just how miserable I was because I'm not anymore!
10/12 - 255.2 - Wow. Yesterday was a real kick in the face. Found out that I didn't get the job that I endured 3 interviews for and had the person who DID get the job flaunt it. I was really, really down after that. I wanted to just eat a big, messy dinner of hot wings and french fries and ice cream. But I was good. I ate under my calories, I got over 10K steps, and I continued the 30 day workout I've been doing. I didn't sleep well, but that's to be expected. I woke up with a small weight loss. While I'm still pretty down about this missed opportunity, sticking to my better habits and seeing the pay off of that helps take the sting out a little bit. Tonight we have an event at my child's school - dinner is provided. Not really sure how to plan my day because they change up the dinner option each month. I'm just going to try to eat the rest of the day how I have been and make sure to get all my steps before the event. That way, if it's something really high calorie, I'll be able to work it off when I get home
10/13 - 254.4 - Yesterday, the hiring manager of the job I interviewed for called me personally to tell me that it was neck and neck between me and the other person and that I answered all their questions well - that there wasn't anything I could have done better. She's hoping to hire more people and she said she would keep my name at the top of her list and reach out to me if/when that happens. So, that really did kind of pick my mood up - I'm not a total failure haha. Last night we had dinner at the school - it was pizza. Two pieces still had me under my calorie goal, so I had some bacon when I got home (and was still under!!). I'm really starting to feel good. I'm energized, my body doesn't hurt, my digestive system is working much more normally. And I'm losing weight! I feel more motivated now than I have in a while I can't wait to surpass this goal and set the next one!
10/14 - 252.4 - Got a lot of sleep, so it's been like 15 hours since I last ate. Still staying hopeful that I'll continue this downtrend, that this isn't just a fluke I'm so close to the 240s, I can't wait to be there!
10/15 - 252.6 - I wasn't sure if TOM would affect me. Now I know. Yesterday I got a decent night's sleep, was under calories, and exercised. It's a small gain, but here's to hoping it's the only gain I have during TOM. Tonight is pizza night with the in-laws, so I'm going to be really diligent today.
10/16 - 251.2 - Yesterday was an easy day. I ate my 4 pieces of pizza for dinner, but I planned the rest of my day around it and made sure to get my exercise in. I feel really good about today's weigh-in. Now I really REALLY want to be in the 240s by the end of this round - it would be a great birthday present to myself!
10/17 - 253.4 - Well, I had a cheat meal yesterday. But I wanted my net calories to be in the green, so I ended up walking 14K steps. Still gained, though. I figure it has something to do with the amount of sodium or fat or lack of sleep, or some combination. Not too discouraged though, I walked 14k steps!! Looking forward to a loss tomorrow
10/18 - 252.6 - It was a loss, though not quite back down to where I was on Monday. I'm pretty sure I have a cold coming on, so last night I got a little extra sleep. Going to try again for that tonight. Not only do I feel better when I get more sleep, I have noticed that it impacts the scale too. Now I just have to get through the work day...
10/19 - 251.4 - Very pleased to have surpassed my goal of 254.0! These challenges have definitely made me accountable and have helped me to make better choices12 -

10/13 - 216.0 - So close! Reevaluated my goal for this round - I love a good challenge! Weekend will make or break this! Must stay focused - nothing going on this weekend but is supposed to rain the whole time so outside time will be limited.
Might be a cozy moviethon weekend. Hmm...Bond...Potter...Star Wars...Bourne...Pirates...Oceans...Hobbits...so many and not enough time!
10/14 - 218.6 - LONG night. Been up since 2 with my daughter - ambulance at 4 for my mother (who lives with me) - STRESS!!!

10/18 - 218.6 - Culprit? Fish tacos for dinner last night and around 2 am, my toddler crawled into bed with me. Between the ninja moves (I mean seriously, I would be asleep and all of a sudden, a tiny human arm would unknowingly crack me in the face, turn over and go back to sleep), the human blanket, the bed hog, the blanket hog, the pillow hog, I am pretty sure I got a good 2 hours sleep. Plus my water intake was not as good yesterday. Sorry body, my fault on this one. Let's try to end below our start weight!
10/19 - 217.8 - Well not anywhere CLOSE to my goal for this round. I do acknowledge the 1.2 pound loss overall but I need to do better than this. Very disappointed in myself and that I can't get keep my *kitten* together. This has been a rough round for me but that is no excuse... I am just so tired of this roller coaster, I want to get off. I know we we all have ups and downs but for me right now...I'm down. When I get up, I'll see you all next round.9 -

Back from 12 days on the road and zero homemade food, ostensibly 12 pounds heavier. A LOT of that is salt. My goodness, the outside world is salty! Ready to start the next round to see if I can get back down and undo some of the damage done. See you all in round 20!

Back again! I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Ended Round 18 at 141.8. For this round I'd like to get below and stay below 140. Started at 162 something back in early March so I'm down over 20 pounds. I am aiming to reach goal of 132 before New Years.

10/10- 140.6 Gym and pool yesterday. Pool again today.
10/11- 141 .. Did pool class, ran around errands and went to movies late which equalled some - not a lot - of candy beyond when I usually stop eating. Didn't get much sleep. I'll be back down tomorrow.
10/12- 141.2 Slept a lot yesterday. Swollen lymph gland, blah humbug.
10/13- 141.6 Wrong direction.
10/14- 141 ok, some better. Did gym and pool class yesterday. Also, a little gardening. Half way through this round. I need to lose at least 1.1 # to reach goal. Fingers crossed.
10/15- 141.4 Water retention from a couple of dirty martinis? Walked in the park for a while. Going to get to gym and outside for a bit today.
10/16- 141.4 Well this is starting to get disheartening. I've been bouncing around this number for a month despite exercise and diet. I did 70 min on ellip yesterday, a little high on carbs but at goal for cals. Lots of water. Sigh
10/17- 141.6 Could swear. Did pool class yesterday. ate sensibly but maybe too many of calories were at end of day thanks to a long nap.

Hello my dear friends! Here we go again! I think this is my round 18...believe I started in round 2. Weighing in daily has been instrumental in my success over the last 6 months, it's not all down...believe me!! I've had lots of fluctuations but don't let the daily (or even weekly) blips set me back...onward and downward!!

10/10 - 148.6 - weighed this morning but just getting online now to check in. Felt really puffy when I woke up...too much stuffing and turkey leftovers...and not enough water.
10/11 - 147.6 - been tracking breakfast lunch and snacks to keep them in check and then eating a reasonable dinner, figure I'd try it for a bit to see if that's a good way for me to manage maintenance since I'm almost there.
10/12 - 146.4 - YAY....long weekend bloat is gone! Could tell this was going to happen by the trips to the bathroom yesterday LOL....
10/13 - 146.8 - Have a feeling I'm going to bounce around 146 a bit...trying to take these last couple of pounds slowly. I feel great today though!! Looking forward to a very busy weekend shuttling kids around to hockey and scouts events...need to make sure I put in some time with the kettlebells, it's been a while!!
10/14 -145.6 - So much for yesterday's theory LOL....it was one of those days I forgot to eat... we had appointments at meal times etc so I under ate big time as I didn't prepare proper meals. Today we have hockey over lunch time so I might just indulge in some rink fries to make up for it

10/16 - 145.8 - like seeing that 145 number again. Hubby is away at a conference this week...makes food prep easier and more difficult at the same time as it means I'm more likely to make something completely different for myself than the boys...but if I still cook for two it lasts me two days....
10/17 - 146.6 - Normal fluctuation...calories and activity were good yesterday so this is just a blip. I expect long term maintenance will look a lot like this week...
10/18 - 144.4 - SUPER GOAL SMASHING WHOOSH!!! Got on the scale 6 different times in 3 different spots....couldn't believe it! It think it's going to be a struggle to learn how to eat to maintain....I don't really want more weight off at this point. I need a break from it and have some fitness goals I'd like to achieve over the next 3-6 months so my next challenge is to try to keep it right around here.

10/15 - 215.6 - back in the right direction. I ate lots of snacks and crackers. Bad cravings still. Could have been worse. Having a family day at home as it is raining. I will stay on track with food!
10/16 - 216.0 - wrong way! Gotta get back down to those 4s! At the gym now and may squeeze in a walk with the baby today. Knee brace on so hopefully that prevents any pain.

Well last round was a bust. My son was in the hospital for a week (Crohns) and tracking was the last thing I was thinking of. On the plus side, I kept my weight steady. The last time he was in I self solaced with food and gained 20 lbs over a couple of months time. I'm still working on getting it off!! So here I am again. Looking for some downward (weight) movement.

10/12--222.4 Went to the gym yesterday even though I didn't want to go, but then I remembered that I had already posted that I would be weightlifting, so I went. It wasn't pretty, but I got my lifting done. Stretched yesterday.
10/13--222.8 Normal fluctuation. Stretched yesterday.
10/14--222.6 One word for today...WATER!!!
10/15--222.2 Got in my water yesterday and it definitely made a difference. Today I'm going to make sure to keep up with my water. Going out for my tennis lesson this morning and then going out for dinner later. Stretched yesterday.
10/16--223.7 Dinner last night and feeling bloated this morning. This past weekend has been a success in that even though I usually struggle to drink my water on the weekends, this weekend I easily kept myself hydrated.
10/17--223.1 There goes some of the water weight. Still feel bloated. Would love to get back into the 222's before the end of this round.
10/18--222.0 Whoosh. I feel so much better today now that the bloated feeling is gone.

10/11 158 WTH? I have no words! Maybe what I ate for dinner was high sodium? As a side note, it's finally cooling off in Las Vegas so I will need to be mindful of water intake! No high above 88 (today) for the next 15 days.

10/14 155 Such a busy day yesterday! We spent about 5.5 hrs at the Ren faire, took the cat for booster shot, and went to grandson's football game! 253% of my (super low) step goal and most of it with a gallon of water in my backpack! Only allowed to take 1 bottle of drinking water into the fair so a liter lasted me all day. Since I do IF & Keto, and I'm not a breakfast person, I was going to get something to eat at the fair BUT $7 for a hot dog or $12 for a turkey leg (chips, drink, etc extra!) is insane, IMHO. So I didn't eat anything until we were almost home and stopped at McDonald's. Not good food but satisfying. I had to make up the water deficit after we finally got home at 9:30pm. Today quilt guild board meeting. Need to get going!
10/15 155 (naked as always) I really want to see 154 by the 18th. At WW - official weigh in clothed 157, exactly what my scale said. Still feeling water deprived from Friday. My mouth feels shriveled.
10/16 155 No appetite, feel as if I'm catching a cold. Loading up on supplements! Finally my mouth does not feel shriveled! I have never noticed that after a low water day.

10/12 - 156.8 Tried to make a protien cheesecake last night.... I think its going to be terrible bleekkk. Calories ok steps could use some work!!
10/13 - 156.0 Friday the 13th already been an interesting morning, drove right past my turn to work haha. Just barely hit step goal and almost 1500 calorie goal. Tried another piece of p/cheesecake it was better after being chilled but still not good. Think I might just freeze it in pieces and put it in smoothies. SO almost got to come home but no off to another project. meh. Weekend goals: move this butt around somehow somewhere!!
10/14 - 155.3. Not sure how this got here, but I’ll take it. .... Time for coffee and a walk!
10/15 - 156. Hiked with my son again 7k lots a hills and pretty views. Great day. Like to see that 55 again.
10/16 - 155.8 Lots of steps yesterday. Made a slow cooker Chicken Cacciatore was healthy, easy and tasty!! I'm at the point where lots of people 'have' to comment on my weight loss, always seems to be when there are many people around.... I'm not comfortable when I'm the center of attention.
10/17 - 156 Come on double 5's. Walked well, ate well. Finished a bottle of multi vitamins for the first time in my life before they expired too on to the next one!! Another slow cooker meal tonight Asian Pork on lettuce wraps, hungry already!!
10/18 -157 Asian Wraps were pretty salty and I ate way too much, Should drop again soon, although there are leftovers
10/19 - 156.2 Got steps in and hit calorie goals. Having dinner at my parents tonight so I'll probably be back up as I have no idea what's for dinner... It's probably a high sodium Butter (like 12 sticks) Chicken. So good and the weather is perfect for it, cold, dark and rainy. The next 20 I'd like to see more double 5's. It's about the daily seemingly unimportant decisions. But consistently making them everyday is what leads to results. I love the way I feel at night & the next morning after having stayed on track.

I was expecting this. Sodium, I'm sure. We went out for lunch and I had tomato parmesan soup and a big ruben, and late in the evening I was finally hungry and ate more than I usually do in the evening. Plus it was cold and rainy so I didn't get my usual 4-mile walk. Back on track today, and I thoroughly enjoyed my food yesterday!

10/10 --- 192.4 (I was down to 191, but gained a little over the past 2 weeks)
10/11 ---- 191.2 I am trying to follow the South Beach Diet to get myself motivated again, but I can't do completely without carbs. Even though I am on Phase 1, and suppose to just keep away from carbs for 1 week, I am more just using this as a guideline as to what to eat (2 cups veggies lunch and dinner and protein, and 1/2 c veggies and protein at breakfast). We did have popcorn last nite, but I was OK with that. I am now back to where I was on Oct 1st!
10/12 --- 189.6. I am FINALLY in the 80s!!!! Yesterday my day I did not eat what I had planned, but I am practicing "mindful"eating, and being aware of what I eat. And I think the main thing is the water -- trying to drink more water.
10/13 - 191. Hate to see it go back up! But, last nite I ate 2 large bowls of popcorn, after a stressful evening. Didn't weight this morning until after my workout, and I drank 2 large glasses of gatorade, so I am hoping that is part of the weight increase as well. But .... I am not going to get discouraged.
10/14 - 190.2. Not the best day of eating, health wise - chicken tenders and a smoothie from mcdonalds. But calorie-wise, I did better.
10/15 - 191.2 OH NO!! But ..... I didn't weigh myself until after I went to the gym, and I had drank 2 large bottles of water. I also didn't drink much water yesterday, and some tomato juice in the evening... so hoping this is water weight

10/11 - 222.0 - had a good workout last night. Did more jogging than I have in years (1/2 mile walk then 1/2 mile jog for two miles; third mile was 3/4 mile walk then 1/4 mile jog - I got tired); lowest number so far so hoping it sticks
10/12 - 221.4 - I'm really happy to see the number continuing to go down. My daily tracking app isn't registering any loss yet, but if this keeps up I know it will. Nose to the grindstone. Another new low!
10/13 - 220.6 - just keeps dropping!
10/14 - 221.6 - I'm OK with this. I went over a by close to 700 calories yesterday and I didn't get to exercise, but calorie wise I think I'll still be under for the week. My morning average is finally moving down and showing a loss though, so I'm excited about that.
10/15 - 221.8 - Still trending down according to my app. Glad to see that my work is finally paying off. Wasn't sure If I would ever get back in the swing of things. Hoping for a good "official" weigh in tomorrow.
10/16 - 220.6 - lowest official weigh in and I couldn't be more thrilled. Going to keep pushing this week.
10/17 - 219.4 - not going to celebrate being out of the 220s quite yet, but so glad things are progressing again. My stall/loss of motivation for a couple weeks was discouraging.
10/18 - 220.6 - up a little but average still going down
10/19 - 221.2 - daily average still going down. Ending lower than I hoped for this round, so I'm pleased.
