    hello everyone! i need friends on here i only have one my Mother lol. Im back on now after a year or so. It made me realize how important it is to keep track of whay we eat because you can easily go over the healthy limit. I am looking to loose 30 pounds and be back to 130! who would like to be motivational buddies?!! :)

    When you're in the forums here, click on someones name to the left. A pop up window opens, then click on their name. You'll see an "Add as Friend" button, which you click, which brings you to another screen where you can send a message with your friend request (I typically leave blank).

    Now that you know how....add me! :)
