Oct 14: 300.6 - I keep knocking at the door of being out of the 3's, but it just won't open! Ugh! Not giving up though. Gonna forge ahead.
Oct 18: 297.4 - I'm FINALLY out of the 3's!!! I honestly can't remember the last time I stepped on the scale and the first number was "2". @veezybell you were right...I had a whoosh!!!6 -

Hello! I’m joining just now. SW: 184 lbs. GW: 159 lbs. Honestly, any weight loss is good for me but I’ll shoot for 20-25 lbs before New Year. Good luck to all!4

I have had a couple weeks of lost mojo. I went to Miami for the weekend on a mini vacay. I weighed this am and was 183.2!!!! I had already decided that today would be my turn around day. Today is 360 on MFP so what better day to make a change. I have pre- logged today and my calories and macros look great!
Back to the basics - lets get this FLUFF off of me!!!

Count me in. I'm 14.6 today and need a knee replacement op. I was told yesterday I need to lose 2 stones before I can have op. I've been dieting forever but now have a real goal. I really need to do this.1

I'm in! 224 today. Goal: 199. I know it's late in the game but I'm doing a keto-assisted hcg program and when I stay on, it comes off consistently and quickly. So it's gonna happen. Good luck everyone!1
