Chew/spit vs Binge eating

I saw a thread in here once about a podcast for binge eaters. It's called "The Done Binging Podcast". It's free. I believe the woman who runs it was a binge eater for many years and is now a life coach.

There are online support groups and online mental health resources (off the top of my head, therapistaid has various worksheets and info sheets with different therapy styles available for free)
