Hi I am having 1200 calories a day but I am stuck in a bit of a rut of same foods. Any ideas where I can get weekly menus for 1200 per day please

This site has 6 weeks of menu plans for a 1400 calorie diet:

You could delete 200 calories' worth of things from each week's menu, I suppose.

1,200 is the bare minimum calories for a woman on MFP. It's possible your goal is too aggressive.

I believe 1200 is the minimum calorie goal they will give a woman. 1,000 is when they will start to warn you about undereating.
