 Thanks - so glad I back to it - when I had an injury a few months ago it stopped me exercising and everything, and the weight just crept back on, so I’m losing what I’d already lost and hopefully this time I’ll keep it going without and injuries like that again lol x1

 I was right not to trust my weigh in last week. I've done well this week, but show a gain of 1.4 lbs this week. I'm on track to lose about 3 pounds this month.  Cold and blustery here, but we still got some fishing in this morning.
 I went backwards this week. After a low of 208 one week ago, I inexplicably jumped into 210 territory again. Then, after one year and 2 weeks since last TOM, my body gave me a surprise.
 I thought I was finally in menopause after 13 years of perimenopause. Not quite, I guess.
 At least it explains the gain, and I hope it is temporary. It kills my progress for the month...
 Oh well that's life. There is always November!
 Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
 Lowest since 1999: 195.
 Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
 MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
