Todays photo challenge...workout!
This is me trying to make myself start working out again at 5 AM. Super tough but if I don't, I have no guarantees of getting a workout in.

Anyone who has been to Scotland, North East to be precise will know what this is... Stovies, this is aprox 50g of good winter food without feeling guilty. Measurements all done and it tasted amazing!0

She didn’t get any, I try not to give her any from my plate.
