April Fools- The Weight Loss Trick

This is a semi-continuation of another weight loss challenge, "A Sexier Spooktackular Halloween." Similar to that, this is a long weight loss challenge (5 months). That challenge helped me stay with my diet longer than any other time I tried to lose weight, and I know it also helped many others. Anyone can join, we post weekly! I post Mondays, but any day is okay. Good luck to everyone!

I'm gonna give it another go. I did great for awhile.... then I don't know what happened
I'm keeping my goal weight the same but upping my goal date to New Years Eve with maintaining after that3 -

Count me in please! Goal weight by 4/1 was tricky for me to decide on. I would be thrilled to lose 5 lbs per month, but decided to shoot for the moon and truly challenge myself. So, I’m aiming 8lbs per month.

April 1st is actually my personal goal date! I'd like to lose ~30 pounds by then. It's a bit high but I just kind of want to set a higher goal to stop me from not taking it seriously.

Nov. 18: 189.6 So I'm REALLY upset with myself. And I thought absout lying and saying that I couldn't weigh today. But weight loss is not linear and I know I'll look back on this eventually and be totally over it because I'll have lost weight. The scale flashed 190.2 before changing its mind and I was really upset. I need to SMARTEN UP. This time next week the number gonna be different. Promise.

Challenge starting weight on 10/30/17 was 207.5
My weight has been all over - up to 209 and this morning 207. I need to get it in gear. My biggest obstacle is stress eating. Even with Thanksgiving Day I’m striving for a better week.
