    Oct 14: 300.6 - I keep knocking at the door of being out of the 3's, but it just won't open! Ugh! Not giving up though. Gonna forge ahead. :cold_sweat:

    Oct 18: 297.4 - I'm FINALLY out of the 3's!!! I honestly can't remember the last time I stepped on the scale and the first number was "2". @veezybell you were right...I had a whoosh!!! :D

    I wish I had seen this when it started. I finally got "back on the wagon" a few days ago (I tend to do it a few times a year, then give up). Since this challenge is halfway through, I'm not sure I could end up 25lbs lighter in half the time as everyone else, especially through the holidays!!!

    I'm going on a beach vacation on January 23rd 2018 for a week, and would like to slim down some by then (I ultimately want to slim down in general though too, not just for the vacation!). I'm trying to come up with a reasonable, achievable target to aim for before the vacation, and then resume on to my first goal weight. Any ideas?

    I'm a 40 year old female, 5'7"
    My highest weight was 226lbs 5 years ago
    Current weight 217lbs
    Lowest I've gotten in the last few years "on the wagon" is 204lbs. I REALLY want to hit ONEderland!!!
    First goal weight is 180lbs (don't know when), then maybe on to 160lbs.

    Hi Looking to motivate everyone in their weight loss journey. so I thought I would make this challenge to lose 25 pounds by January 1 2018 challenge starts. 9-11-17 and ends 1-1-18 any and everyone can join at anytime just log your current weight and at the end of the challenge log your weight and pounds lost any weight loss is good good weight loss

Just wanted to welcome all the new comer's aboard and congratulate everyone for all your hard work and dedication. the new year is soon approaching and I am excited to see everyone's progress also just wanted to thank everyone for motivating and supporting each other through this journey. we are almost there feel free to share what things worked for you with your weight loss and what things did not also what you have learned about yourself during this journey.
