Starting Weight= 141.5
Week 1= 140
Week 2= 139
Week 3= 137.5
Week 4= 135 (2.5 down)
End Of Month Weight= 6.5
Total Weight Lost= 150 -
Starting Weight= 221.4
Week 1= 219.6 (1.8 lb loss)
Week 2= 216.0 (3.6 lb loss!!!!)
Week 3= 214.9 (1.1 lb loss)
Week 4= 214.1 (0.8lb loss)
End Of Month Weight= 214.1
Total Weight Lost= 7.3 lbs lost this month! : )0 -
Starting Weight = 176.6
Week 1 = 175 (-1.6 lbs)
Week 2 = 174.8 (-0.2 lbs)
Week 3 = 173.2 (-1.6lbs)
Week 4 = 172.4 (-0.6lbs)
End of Month =172.4 (4lb total loss)
