Okay, what is everybody's opinion on taking whey protein for extra protein in the diet? Occassionally I'll have a smoothie with whey protein or milk with protein instead of a meal and because I can get alot of extra protein.
Recently, my brother-in-law was saying people only take whey protein to bulk up and it puts on a lot of weight. I thought it could aid in weight loss too like for a high-protein/low carb/low fat diet?!

Muscle milk is the best!! Usually gainers use it heavy with a very high cal diet. I take it after a workout and before bed, and lose weight0
