Hi everyone, hope you are all killing it! I wanted to log my current weight which is 358 so I’m 22 pounds down since joining this challenge! I had a bad month this last month only losing 3.5 pounds and I know exactly why. Self sabotage is my toughest challenge so far. Keep up the great work!9 -
