Anyone have any results working out two hours or day

Anyone have any results doing cardio for two hours or more than two hours . What was your weight loss results ? How many calories did you eat .

    Except for hiking, I do not do any cardio for more than 2 hrs at a time. The most that I do on machines is 30 mins on the StairMaster in combo w/1 hr on the treadmill. Otherwise, I'll just do 30 mins/day on my rower.

    For the past 3 months, I ocassionally have been hiking 2-4 hrs (4-9 miles) in a day, once or twice a week, but I am in maintenance and am not trying to lose a lot of weight, just enough to stay w/in my maintenance range.

    When I suddenly increase my exercise I temporarily increase weight (body adjusting). I also get flaming hungry within 48 hours.

    I steadily lost weight when I closely tracked my calories and it trended downward monthly.

    Exercise helps with fat loss, what you eat is the main factor.

    +1 if I ran 15-20 miles or biked 50 miles a day, I'd be really hungry
