I'm jumping back on Keto after a 3 day Thanksgiving break. I've lost 6 pounds in a month while figuring out this new way of eating, so I'm hoping as I learn more, I can lose more. I also do Plexus Tri-Plex which is an awesome support with pro-biotics and magnesium supplements.1
