Thank you and it's from ASOS by 'Parisian'. Was very cheap as well, like 24euros! Funny, how it looks completely different on the very slim model. So I had blood work done on November 21st. Look at the difference from June 26, 2017 until November 21st:
Total Cholesterol: 218 to 187
LDL Cholesterol: 119 to 92
HDL Cholesterol: 58 to 61
VLDL Cholesterol: 41 to 34
Tirglycerides: 206 to 168
Hemoglobin A1c: 5.8 to 5.617 -
Went to McDonalds, and ordered a salad, because I actually wanted it! As a picky eater that doesn't really like veggies that much, this was a big victory to me.13

My backside has always been OK. Never bad, but not great, IMO. But at the gym yesterday, I happened to catch my reflection. I had to do a double, then triple-take. Wow, what a nice rear-end I have lately! Confirmed by my husband later that night...24

2 minutes with a goal of keeping my speed at 12 and above on the elliptical stepper at bootcamp yesterday- nailed it. That was on the 3rd and final run through too, the other 2 my goal was set at 11. After the elliptical stepper the treadmill was next on the circuit. I did have to walk for a minute to catch my breath after the stepper on the last round, but the last minute the instructor told me to up it to a slow jog of 7.5km/h. I actually love it when the instructor comes around and ups my speed/resistence/tells me I can do better. I find it to be a compliment, like he believes I'm fit enough to be going that bit further.
Failed miserably at flipping the bobcat tyre by myself correctly (done it once but realised I was using my back and that was not going to end well) but the best thing is now I have a clear fitness goal in mind (for the first time in my life!) by the end of April I intend to be flipping that sucker by myself.
Another win is that both of the other ladies who attended yesterday (it was unusually quiet yesterday with only 3 of us turning up) have both mentioned being sore after yesterday's workout- I feel fine. I mean I *did* deep heat my quads because I thought they were gunna be sore, but I actually think I could have done without.
Also, I knew I wouldn't get to ride yesterday afternoon so I got up at quarter past 5 to work my mare before work.
Tomorrow I have firies training in the afternoon/evening so I plan to get up early again to ride before work (this morning I slept in- whoops)

I wasn't sure I could go to spin class, then head home to immediately do over 8K (as 4x10 minutes) on the rowing machine. Turns out I could (even at 62 ).21

My personal trainer said my butt looks totally different now compared to when I started 5 months ago. Thumbs up!13

So I’ve been away for a while not doing much and maintaining where I didn’t want to be since I got out of school, three weeks ago I finally gave strong lifts a try since cardio kept making me not want to go. Well Monday, three weeks in I went to put some weight on the barbell for barbell rows and the bar didn’t feel heavy! Half the workout for barbell rows and deadlifts was putting the weight on the bar and taking it off! When I picked it up I had to do a double take and make sure it was the same bar20

The kids' piano teacher noticed how much weight I lost. She said I really look different. I think it was because I was in my workout gear as opposed to office clothes. I went onto ride the bike in the other room while they did their lessons. Three months ago I would have just sat and read my book.18

Although everyone has noticed my weight loss, they also comment i need to stop. I explain to them in a direct tone: why? I don’t do this for anyone, i do it for me. If you need help let me know.16

This is going to sound so dumb... but for three months now I have maintained my weight almost to the pound, I haven't binged even once, and I'm not obsessing about or feeling guilty over food on a daily basis anymore. I still struggle, but I can see I've made progress -- not weight-loss progress, but in my relationship with food and disordered behaviors. It feels really good, even though I am just as fat as I ever was. This comes after 32 years of severely disordered eating, weight swings from 72 pounds all the way up to 270 pounds (and back down, and back up, and and and), never the same size or shape two months in a row, always starving and angry or binging and swamped in guilt.
When I started using MFP to work on my food behaviors instead of losing weight, I thought I was being a stupid a**hole, focusing on bogus emotions instead of sucking it up and losing. I thought I was fooling myself into being a lazy pig forever. I kept telling myself I was being weak and stupid and not as good as the other users here. But I kept at it and I have made real progress. That feels almost indescribably amazing.67 -

I noticed a weird dimple/sunken area on my neck and was immediately worried... until I realized that my neck fat just wasn't covering up the muscles/tendons/spaces there anymore haha.
Also, I went to a store when I was in Toronto and was like "I don't even know why I'm in here. It's not like anything fits." But I seen something that I really like and went to try it on anyway. And it fit! Comfortably!18 -

So true. I quit smoking cigarettes a long time ago. For several years afterwards, I would have dreams where smoking a cigarette was a central component.

Got up at quarter past 5 to ride this morning. Had a nice little ride out which Shakaya and I both enjoyed.
Also- 4th day in a row riding in the all purppse saddle. I'm a swinging fender girl, but have been trying to ride in my all purpose more often so I don't start relying on my saddle.

I work very casual event security, about a year ago I worked at a racing even.
On that day I had the biggest jacket they had and I couldn't zip it up. I looked stupid and people kept telling me to go grab a bigger one but there wasn't any.
Two weeks ago I worked for them again and I took the second biggest size jacket and it did up, and fitted well.27 -
Saw my doctor yesterday outside of a medical setting and he said he was using me (no names of course) as an example to other patients who had a lot of weight to lose, telling them to join MFP and start counting calories.
Also, my husband and I ran our first sub 10 minute mile today! St Jude 5k is this weekend, wish us luck!
And a scale victory for someone else, but an NSV for me: my husband is now in Onederland! I suggested to him to try logging for a week and he was shocked at the percentage of his calories that come from Coke, so he has cut back to two cans per day (from four or more), and lost 16 lbs in the past 2 months.27 -

Man...This is so fundamental, so essential and a wise and power-filled way of thinking/living. If we do this for any other reason or any other person (other than those of us doing it in/of The Power of The True and Living God, as our Source of Strength and Joy AND for His Ultimate Glory and our good)..if we do this for anyone else other than ourselves we'll be doomed and subject to the yucky slavery of the opinions and even the recognition of others, which in turn will keep us on a yucky roller coaster of all kinds of negative self-talk and inviting and pampering all kinds of woes such as disappointment, discouragement and all kinds of mental highs and lows that one can surely do without in this life changing weight loss adventure and daily battle.

Well, I got a really cool and fly looking faux leather jacket yesterday in a size 10 (it's really gorgeous and was 80% off to boot)...it doesn't fit at all (YET), but I'm keeping/hanging it in my exercise room as a future goal and inspirational tool. I'm believing I'll be able to rock it by spring-time...how FUN and exciting!12

I back squatted more than I currently weigh......
I know regular squats (without weights) are super ULTRA tough (they were for me) and even the thought of them brings wincing to my mind. I remember years ago, when I had a personal trainer, making me do squats and WOW...super HARD they were. For you to do "back squats" WITH WEIGHTS MORE THAN YOU WEIGH, all I can say is--you ROCK, period.2 -
Had my 40th birthday, complete with 3 dinners and 2 lunches out. And managed to stay on track, and not gain a lb. Except water weight from sodium (we had sushi and Chinese) That weight dropped off in 2 days, right on track.18

When my daughter came home from college for her Thanksgiving break, the first thing she did was run and give me a hug, then she gladly announced "OMG Mom, I can reach all the way around you!". That was the very first time in her life that she could do that. She's almost 21 yrs old.41

Yesterday i purchased a skirt 2 sizes smaller. Im sitting at 10kg lost and have been on a month plateau but that has sure given me a boost of confidence to keep going im getting there slowly.16
