Whatup, consistently stayed at the same weight for a month (which is not bad considering thanksgiving was 4 days long). Ready to exercise daily in December! Thankfully I'm on break from college soon, and will have time to cook my own meals and go to the gym let's get it.

What I do is I type it up in the notes on my phone, then I just add onto that each week then copy and paste it onto here so I don’t have to keep looking for my previous update or type it all out again
