So I’m looking for a progressive, mostly body weight program to start in January. Ideally it would be a 8-9 week program. I’m basically wanting something new to get me from New Years to when I start training my for my springtime half marathon. Any suggestions?

Why would you wait until the New year?

Thanks! I’ve used FB in the past. Waiting til New Years cuz I’m currently in a running/ kickboxing/ yoga cycle til the end of the year. Want to switch it up and focus more on strength til it’s time for me to focus on running again

You Are Your Own Gym is a pretty good body weight program needing minimum equipment

C25K or the 10k are good running training apps. There’s also some free apps if you search in the App Store that have decent work outs believe it or not.

How about kickboxing with gloves and hitting a heavy bag? Or running uphill? Or doing Power yoga? You don't need to totally revamp your program, you just need to add INTENSITY to improve on strength.
