Hi!!!! I’m on a journey to lose 40-50 pounds. I just got engaged and I want to get back down to my happy weight, which as high as it sounds, is about 175-180 pounds. I feel sexy and womanly but slim at that weight and I wan to get back there!

Hi all. My first post!!! I’ve been using MFP for 2 months. I didn’t even KNOW there was an online community until last week! Looking to lose and so far, I’ve lost 33 lbs since 9/21/17. I’m running the Detroit 1/2 marathon in Oct. I’ll be hiring a personal trainer for weight training come February as well. I’m looking to find friends via the community. I don’t calorie-count. I’m just eating clean - no processed foods. Mainly plant based, but adding in lean proteins as well.
