Trying to get back on track, I've made no progress in the last month. I'm only .5 from a "healthy" BMI (I've seen 159 twice on the scale in the last month but it hasn't stuck around.) I won't make the 25 lb goal but I hope to end the year solidly out of the "overweight" category.

With this challenge over soon, you might be interested in another long-term one called "April Fools- The Weight Loss Trick." Sorry, I don't seem to be able to copy links to threads on my phone but it shouldn't be hard to find. Anyway, set a goal for April 1 and post weekly. I'm sure there are others, too.
Meanwhile, I'll definitely be posting here to finish out the year. I didn't lose 25 lbs, but made progress in the right direction!4 -
