Keto has been really good for me, I have been in ketosis for about 65 days now the feeling is unreal.2

My husband and I have been on and off Keto since April. I was only in actual ketosis for a short time, at the end of a five day fast, and that must be the "Superman" feeling I read about. Regardless of actually being *in it*, I've lost 25lbs and feel pretty freaking amazing. I haven't weighed this much since high school.
I get all of my information from Pinterest (not the best source - great for recipes) and Redit.2 -
