She's a husky/American eskimo/Lab mix (with other stuff in there). People always assume she's an Aussie, but she has no herding genes whatsoever in her.

Quite the mix. Does explain the eyes though. They're beautiful.

I had a DNA test done. Honestly would probably have not picked either of those breeds, given the choice, but she's a pretty awesome dog (just likes barking at everything).

I like both of those breeds. Labs are just very easy to get on with in my experience and huskies just seem to have these regal quality about them-I've never had much contact with them but I understand they're also very easy going.

What a face! I wanna boop his nose!

    Yours is truly amazing!

Thank you! He’s still a puppy and already my best bud

Awww big puppers! What's his name? My little lady is Ruby, she'll be 2 in 8 days. She's growing up too fast

Love your little lady Ruby. She’s spectacular.
My little boy is Dante and just turned 1

Great name, he's such a regal boy!

Thank you. I bet they would have great fun together.

She'd love to play with other big dogs! We take her to the dog park but it's usually only small dogs and they intimidate her. She's 105lbs, and she just clumsily gallops with her tail between her legs and these 12 lb pups are on her tail  I think she thinks they're cats (she's gotta 14 year-old old feline sister who runs the roost at home).

Omg that’s so funny! I can picture her. When we take Dante to the beach or dog parks here where we live all the other dogs run away cause he’s a nut case! He’s like a loaded spring, boxers jump and he sure does. Everyone loves him.
    Wow, she’s 105lbs?! She’s a beauty... Dante is about 75lbs.

Haha omg yes a boxer jump is intense! Ruby can't get that height but sometimes she'll try (and mostly fail lol). She's a big girl, her mom was a bullmastiff and dad was a lab mix. When we rescued her, they thought she would be 60 to 70 lbs but she kept growing. She doesn't realize her size and loves to plop on you when you least expect it. Her adorable clumsiness leaves me with lotsa bruises but she's worth it. And to think I used to not like dogs!! (grew up in a cat household)

Weird! Just like me. I grew up with cats mostly.
Bruises are so worth it. They are a lot of work but they give so much in return.
Who know, maybe one day Ruby and Dante will meet.

An MFP dog meet up with all these cuties in this thread would be amazing!

That would be awesome! If it’s on the west coast i’m in.

Supposed to be a Shih Tzu x Bichon, but who really knows? Haha He's nearly 20lbs so I have my doubts.
