Happy Sunday, everyone!
Here I am.... still stuck! I've gained and lost the same 2 lbs for the last month or more. Does that count as 10 lbs lost?! No, I didn't think so...
Trying to look at it as holding steady over the holidays without gaining is a win. We had our office Christmas dinner this past week and I totally over-ate. The restaurant portions were ridiculous and I even brought a to-go box and had lunch the next day. I very rarely do that. We don't eat out often, but when we do I usually clean my plate (which isn't necessarily a good thing...)
Staying within 0.3 lbs over the last 4 weeks doesn't really mean a gain or a loss to me.
On a slightly more positive note, I saw new daily low yesterday and today of 207.3. I've been in 207 territory before over the last month, the previous low was 207.7 I've flirted with a few times in the last few weeks. I'll take that as a positive sign.
I'm doing my Christmas baking today... and I'll allow myself a few treats and work them into my calorie allowance. The fastest way for me to fall off the wagon is to feel deprived. If I can just hold steady the next couple of weeks, and not back slide, then I can focus on getting to ONEderland in the new year.
Here's a picture I had taken a couple of weeks ago when I was on the TV show set and had my hair and makeup done. Even the young twenty-somethings I was sitting with were surprised how good I looked AFTER changing from slacks and a sweater, into my dress, and getting some primping!
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
