Hummus
Roasted and crunchy (great as a salad addition)1 -
Chickpea salad -- take cooked chickpeas, mash them a little, and use the ingredients you like for chicken/tuna salad.
Chickpea curries of all types.
Falafel. My favorite recipe: https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/my-favorite-falafel-231755 (although I usually double the parsley and cilantro).3 -

They're so good! Although if you're trying to consume fewer calories, I recommend this one too: http://momsownwords.com/10303/baked-falafel-vegan-recipe-appetite-for-reduction-isa-chandra-moskowitz/
Not quite as amazing, but still very good. And you save calories by baking them instead of frying.1 -
Chickpea flour can be used to make Burmese tofu. You add it to boiling water and cook it until it becomes thick, then pour it into a pan and let it stand for about an hour until it sets.2

There’s a cookie recipe that uses them, I will try to find it. It’s not really a huge difference in calories but it’s a big protein hit.1

I love chick pea curries - I also use borlotti beans in chilli con carne but using low in fat venison rather than beef. The result is really nice.1

All of the above. Also chilled, rinsed chickpeas with lemon, parmesan and herbs.

i like them as a crunchy snack. i take a can. drain the water. sprinkle garlic powder, sea salt, onion powder, cayenne on them. then bake on 425 for ten mins. let cool. the are crunchy and spicy1

i take the dried chickpeas. send em thru a session in my blender and voila. flour!! i use that flour for muffins or chickpea fritters.1

koshary (rice, pasta, lentils, chickpeas, spicy tomato sauce, grilled or fried onions)1
-
i just eat them out of the can . . . they're also good in any curry recipe that asks for chicken.
and there' the whole three[/four/five] bean salad thing. beans/chickpeas, olive oil, lemon or lime juice, any kind of crunchy veg like snap peas or bell peppers for a touch of sweetness . . . green onions and PARSLEY.
i pmuch lived on that for a month or two, when i first found out about it. the longer it sits in the fridge and 'marinates' the better it gets, too.
