I’m surprised no one mentioned the salt content of sunflower seeds, yet! OP, don’t worry if you’re up a couple lbs tomorrow on the scale. It’s just water weight due to all th sodium. You didn’t gain two lbs of fat overnight. Calm down! Keep logging. Be patient!5

Does it need to be a unicorn with wings, or will a regular unicorn work? For that matter, maybe a Pegasus would do in a pinch?
Would that be a Pegacorn?
it's really a Unisus ...
Well... according to "My Little Pony" (don't judge, I have a young daughter1 -

Yup, the phone emojis cut off the rest of the sentence.1 -
I don't use "mouthfuls." I go by the serving size. The package I buy sunflower seeds in holds 3 and 7/16ths servings so I buy sixteen bags at a time and divide them into 55 equal servings that I place in individual containers I've bought for the purpose. Since I only take the seeds to work for afternoon break, I only need to buy them once every eleven weeks. I do make sure that the "best by" date is at least 11 weeks away.6

Sunflower seeds are low-carb, so you'll automatically lose 4 pounds without even trying because they won't stimulate teh magic insulinz. Just ask Fung.9

I am just starting out and this looks like its going to be a much more complicated venture than I thought. I have a workout video and a food scale but now I need to find a unicorn? Maybe I'll get my steps in looking for one. This was a funny read.6

Fortunately for you, since you are a garden gnome, you just need to find a miniature unicorn, which is a lot easier.

I found a unicorn! He told me that if I eat his sparkles all my day's calories would be completely negated! However, I'm really not sure how one would procure sparkles from a unicorn- anyone know? I'm sure if it was easy everyone would do it and this site would not even exist.3
