Nov. 10 - 165!!! YASSS!!!Green tea helps with bloat apparently...Also corrected TDEE.. see how

Nov. 17 - 165.5 Half a pound gain, I'm OKAY with as it's period week. So but keeping with the green tea seems to be helpingsee ya next week!

Dec. 1 - 162.5 down 5, but really it's only 2.5 since 11/10, I went up 2.5 over the period weeks..whatever hopefully the body gets with it here..
Dec. 8 - 162.5 Frustrating, but i did have a few extra unplanned snacks and have been breaking rules so at least it's not a gain.
Dec. 15 - *sigh* 162.5 AGAIN!! I was good this week..maybe I have a whoosh coming next week? But I didn't gain over my period this month so.. IDK... keep on keeping on for next week.
Dec. 21- 161.0 (day early due to staycation) it's something, but seeing daily physical changes, so keeping on keeping on. Measurements should be interesting in 2 weeks!

At least this got me into a really good routine and taught me several things about my eating habits.
Next month starts a new workout program and tweaking of the diet intake.
12 lbs and at least 6 inches over 4 months isn't bad.
At least I'm not gaining 10lbs over girly week anymore. Now it's only like 2 if any.
