    October loss + 1 pound I'm completely heart broken I have no idea what I'm doing wrong here... All I know is that 3 days before my period I saw 164 on the scale..

    Nov. 2 - 175!!!!!!!!! WTF am I doing wrong??????? 9 lbs since my period and just no! :'(:'(:'( +6.5lbs for the week
    Nov. 10 - 165!!! YASSS!!! :smiley::smiley: Green tea helps with bloat apparently...Also corrected TDEE.. see how
    next week goes.
    Nov. 17 - 165.5 Half a pound gain, I'm OKAY with as it's period week. So but keeping with the green tea seems to be helping :) see ya next week!

    Dec. 15 - *sigh* 162.5 AGAIN!! I was good this week.. :neutral: maybe I have a whoosh coming next week? But I didn't gain over my period this month so.. IDK... keep on keeping on for next week.
    Dec. 21- 161.0 (day early due to staycation) it's something, but seeing daily physical changes, so keeping on keeping on. Measurements should be interesting in 2 weeks!

    At least this got me into a really good routine and taught me several things about my eating habits.
    Next month starts a new workout program and tweaking of the diet intake.
    12 lbs and at least 6 inches over 4 months isn't bad.
    At least I'm not gaining 10lbs over girly week anymore. Now it's only like 2 if any.
    Bring on January!
