I hadn't been including weekends, but keeping track of the days was just too much work.

So far my snacks have been within my calorie budget and healthy choices, but still counts as a late night snack.1 -

I ate an apple, instead of reaching for crunchy peanuts (which can rack in calories) or crunchy chips.

The temptation was too much!!!, have had a box of lindt lindor in cupboard since end of October, they were a birthday pressie, so I have kept them to share at Christmas...well it's nearly Christmas and I did only have 2 to check they were still ok to eat...tbh for how many calories they are I would rather have my dried fruit and nuts, how we change!!!2 -
