So, here's the deal..

Free to everyone and you can join at any time!

Startes today Aug 1st

The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of Aug!!

Many of us have done well with this challenge, its very motivating to get your butt moving

    I do a 30 minute every work day at lunch, but this month I am not including it! I want to reach the 24 hrs with vigurous exercise, so by nothing somedays it really means nothing vigurous

    I'm in! I think its better to focus on exercise day to day rather than the weight.

    I think this is just the incentive I need to get out and exercise even when I'm feeling lazy.

    SO TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even if we arent loosing at least we are getting healthier and building our fitness levels
