This is now more confusing to me than "woo" and "hug"!!
It can be used both ways but tends to be more of a sarcastic thing these days.2 -

I'm a little uncomfortable at all the hugs I've inherited from random strangers... I'm not a touchy-feely-huggy person.
And, all my WOOs have been reset to zero! I was proud of some of those WOOs.3 -

I'm not a fan of them replacing the Awesome button with Hug. They said they would replace the like button. How am I supposed to know how awesome I am? When do I use the hug button? Is it like the woo button and means many different things?
