I started at 328. Now I am 200 believe it or not. Currently working on losing my last 60 pounds. I’m very active, working out 6 days per week. I actively lift weights and do some cardio with the goal of eventually entering a fitness competition.47

Started at 301 pounds on January 19th, 2017. I am now in the 190s. I don't know my exact weight, haven't stepped on the scale in a while. So about 11 months? I workout (walking, dancing) and just count my calories
How many calories do you intake a day? Also, what workout routines are you following?7 -
September 2015 at 290lbs:
November 2017 at 155lbs:
In the first year I lost 120lbs. It took all of the second year to lose 10 more. I'm hoping to lose another 10 next year and then hold steady.
I started with 1750 calories and today probably average around 1150. I eat lots of protein, fat and fiber and try to limit my refined sugar content. Eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt and all the veggies comprise the majority of my diet. To say I've lost any weight via exercise really would be a lie -- you can't outrun a bad diet, and I don't run at all.79 -
Me on the 30th August 2015.
142kg (313pounds)
Me now at 92kg (202pounds).
I still have another 12 kilos (27pounds) to lose.
This journey will take as long as it takes.
I have eaten a Vegetarian diet.
No exercise, but I do try and keep active at home.
Meal planning and prepping have been s huge reason I have succeeded.
I have grown so much in my understanding of nutrition, my attitude and behaviour towards food and forgiving myself earn I have a bad day.
This journey is for a lifetime.
A MARATHON.
NOT A SPRINT!!72 -

I still have a LONG way to go - I started officially on 9-18-17. in April/May 2016 - was 346 lbs - in May 2017; I gave birth to my second daughter. I lost a little during my pregnancy. This is my 14th week towards wellness and total body health and fitness. I am not where I want to be yet but 46 lbs lost since 9-18 is pretty awesome if you ask me! 61lbs down from my heaviest. I eat low carb with a max of 1500 cals - I am in the gym usually 6-7 days a week. I do cardio and weight lifting. I love who I am becoming.

You are doing amazing! 46lbs is fantastic. You’re also trading in fat for muscle which shrinks the body even if the scale doesn’t move. I started shortly after you and also work out 6 days a week. Isn’t it awesome how much better working out makes you feel (even if I hate it as I’m doing it7 -

What worked for me was eating frequently. I always eat when I'm hungry - I just make better choices. I knew I wouldn't get far if I was hungry all the time. I'm the lady at work with two lunch boxes full of snacks
BTW my calorie allotment was around 1650-1900 throughout my journey since it changed as I lost weight. As mentioned above, I am 6'1". I started MFP set to sedentary and 2lbs loss/week. Now I have it set to lightly active and 1.5 lbs/week and my cal goal is 1820. I say find what works for you. I realized I didn't like trying to eat less than 1700 calories, so I didn't. I feel for you shorter ladies trying to eat 1200 calories. Mad respect.
Agreement with this I can manage 1200 calories for maybe a day. I find eating littlr more often definately helps with hunger4 -

This is the exact page I was looking for. I started at 393 and am down to 316. Still at it. I did it all in the last half of 2017. Now starting to check out the message boards for motivation and keep it going. Being a newly single mom and just looking for support as time goes on.
