I would like to do a lot of movement, but ....

I have an age of how much but although I want to move I have a health problem.that on my right knee I have degenerative degenerative grade four, rub bone on my bone and indicated my knee prosthesis but only after I lose about 50 pounds .... I have been very inflamed for a little while and my left knee. Who can help me with recommending fitness exercises or simple movement that will ask for the least of the feet ...     If you have insurance, get referred to a Physical Therapist.

    You can do a lot with resistance bands and/or weights and machines that would support your needs.

    Public TV has a show called Sit and Be Fit. Also, many people like water aerobics.

    Exercise isn't necessary to lose the 50 pounds, but you can try swimming, especially pull drills or if you have access to an arm crank machine or a recumbent bike or elliptical that you can use only your arms on.
