I am about 5'7, and my goal weight is 150. According to BMI B.S. a healthy weight for someone that is 5'7 is 120-150(ish).0

I'm 5'10" and am shooting for 140 which is what I weighed in High School (20 yrs ago). I always felt healthy and fit at that weight. Based on this thread maybe that is too light?0

Right now 150... Ultimately 140-145... all depends on how I look and feel at 150. Currently I'm at 156 and feeling great.. so we'll see.0

5' 7 3/4' and I am shooting for a goal weight of around 125-130lbs.
I'm athletic but I am a small frame so this seems to be a good size for me. I want muscle not just weight loss, but at the same time I do not want to to be bulky.
I would like to be some what feminine.0 -
I'm 5'8" and shooting for 150 if I can maintain that without being hungry all the time. If I find it's too difficult, I will aim for 155-160. I don't know, it's so hard to know right now! I'm 200 now. But I was in my 140s throughout my 20s (and always hungry!), so 150 seems manageable at age 42.0

I'm 5'7" and at 177 now, but I also have a big butt ( which I like), thicker thighs (which I like) and bigger in the chest.. so I'm aiming for around 165ish.. i love my curves just want to tone the areas around0

Honestly If I were your weight that would be great. I am 5ft 7 and I dont want to go under 165-170. I am busty with wide hips. ANything under that makes me look hungry

I started at 215 and like many others,my goal weight is 150. I have a large frame so if I go anything below that I might look weird, but I guess I'll have to re-evaluate once i get closer to my goal.
I'm so used to being the tall one (even though 5ft8 is not that tall :P) and it's so nice to see other girls that are my height0 -
I'm 5'8" and am aiming for 150 right now. will adjust if needed when i get there. I was 135 in highschool (working out 3.5 hours a day). don't think iLd be able to maintain that now!0

Aim low girlies!!! I'm 5'7 1/2 and 126ish. 120 is too skinny but between there and 130 is a perfect healthy weight for me. Visible muscle tone, no boneyness. An athletic look, which I think is the sexiest.0

I am aiming for 140 right now, but will re-evaluate as I get there. I have been that low before, but wasn't working out at the time. So, I am not sure how being more toned and in shape might change that bottom number.0

I'm 5'8.5" and my ultimate goal is around 130. I've gotten down to 140 before and still felt like I needed to lose a bit more weight. I have a pretty small build though, even if it is hidden by some fat (for now)0
